We make 10-14 types of professional diagrams and blueprints according to the building standards. Our designers-architects will show all needed measurements, marks, and notes.

At this stage, we specify the required amount of materials: tile, paint, floor covering, baseboard, and so on.

Our team member controls compliance with project documentation during the renovation process. The service is available only for design projects ordered in our agency.

The service includes:

Designer consultations about selection: floor coverings, facing materials, wallpapers, tile, lighting, bathroom equipment, doors, custom furniture, etc.
Providing cumulative discounts in stores and salons (from 5 to 30%).
Control of purchases, tracking of terms, and delivery of materials, furniture, equipment, etc.
Communication with suppliers and builders. After all, even if there is a design project, workers always have additional questions in the renovation process - we help to solve them in the process of designer control.
Making changes to the project. In the process of renovation, there may be situations when you need in short terms to correct the blueprints, choose other materials, change the supplier, and so on.
